STAART: SB 553 and How To Be a Good Witness

The purpose of the STAART (Stockton Takes Action Against Retail Theft) program is to address the serious epidemic devastating our business community, costing our business community a tremendous amount of money, time, and future revenue. As part of the program, monthly workshops will be held to help educate our business owners and community to help support them in taking preventative actions against retail theft. In this workshop, experts will be explaining what changes business owners can expect with the enactment of California Senate Bill 553 and what that means for them.
